IRS form you never have to file again

Have an employment tax adjustment to process? The forms you need to file just changed.
The old Form 941c will be eliminated. If you’re making interest-free adjustments to employment tax under- or overpayments, you’ll now be able to file an adjusted return right away. Previously, you’d have to report the adjustment with your next return.
The rule affects any errors you discover Jan. 1, 2009 or later.
The changes affect you if you file Forms 941, 943, 944, 945, CT-1 or any related Spanish-language returns or similar returns for U.S. possessions.
