Tax time usually means paper a-plenty for Accounting pros, but more of your peers are finding a way to reduce that burden.
IRS is seeing record lows in the number of businesses filing paper forms. Most companies are moving to e-filing, even if it isn’t yet mandated for them.
As a result, instead of mailing out key tax packets, IRS is moving toward a system where you can download your own copies (Forms 941, 1120S and 1065 are key among them.)
Have you made the switch to downloading and e-filing optional tax forms yet? If so, how’s it working for you? Sound off in the comments.
